Whiteboarding in a web conference:

Whether it’s a document, icon, graphic, picture, chart, or Web page, if it’s visible on your computer desktop, you SHOULD be able bring it into an e-meeting for discussion or to help make your point.   In real life, we all have the Larry’s of the world who insist on hogging the dry-erase markers, and camping out at the whiteboard.  They draw their charts, and diagrams, and topology illustrations, and bring their ideas to life.  The same concept applies to web conferencing, where you SHOULD be aboe to visually express ideas and comments in a meeting, with the ability to brainstorm, draw, and mark up and save graphical information.   Here is a quick video illustrating how the features and functionality can work, when collaborating on a graphic inside of a virtual meeting whiteboard:
